To: Miss Kit & Pete, Prescott & Parker,

I am so sorry for the loss of your father. Bill fought the good fight!  No more pain or suffering, only joy for him now that he is with your Mom, Dottie.

I didn't know your parents well, but will have to say they were the nicest people I had ever met. They were so cute together!

May the Good Lord always hold you in the palm of his hand and give you strength and peace in the days to come. Always think of the good times and hold tight to those great memories.

Carol Schlitt Deepest Sympathy January 7, 2011
I was so saddened to hear of Bill's passing.  Both your mother and father were so instrumental in my childhood and I shall always remember the many fun times we shared as neighbors.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this sad time.

P.S. I'm going to try to make the memorial service on the 23rd.
William Stoutenborough Mr. January 6, 2011

I wish to express my condolences at the loss of your father.  We moved away from Maroa when I was a child, so I never got to know you all, but I remember several times visiting with your Mom and Dad with my parents, Jim and Joan Stoutenborough.  Dad was 3 years older than Bill and I remember him reminising over things he and Bill did as they grew up in Maroa.

My dad passed away in October at the age of 89 and Mom passed away last January.

I live in South Carolina and will be unable to attend the Celebration of your father's life.  I will be praying for the Lord's comfort at this time.
